Query:HEI need to verify and check the uploaded documents and provide all the necessary supporting documents / functional links for verification as per NAAC SOP. Further, HEI needs to provide the details of students yearwise and programwise and certify the figures claimed for all years under the seal and signature of the head of HEI.
2.2 Number of teaching staff / full time teachers year wise during the last five years
Findings of DVV:
- HEI needs to provide details of sanctioned Posts department wise/subject wise with type of appointment, for all five years under the seal and signature of Head of HEI excluding Physical Education instructor, Librarian and the teacher working with HEI for less than 12 months in that AY. Also against each sanctioned Posts HEI needs to mentioned the number of Filled posts. HEI to exclude part time /visiting teachers, if any.
- HEI needs to provide sanction orders/letters of Sanctioned Posts for all years .
- HEI to also provide list of all faculty mentioning their Designation, Department, Year of Joining, Leaving for all 5 years. HEI to provide appointment letters of all teachers working in AY 2022-23.
